Refund Policy
All sales are final. LinguaMock.ai does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
1. No Refund Policy
LinguaMock.ai subscriptions, credit top-up packs, and additional seats are digital products. Access to the Platform and its content is granted immediately upon purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you retain full access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the unused portion of a cancelled subscription.
3. Credits
Credits allocated with a subscription plan carry forward on renewal, whether you are billed monthly or annually. When you change your plan or billing period, the change takes effect immediately, the new plan is charged in full for a new billing period starting that day, and its full credit allocation is added to your existing balance. No credit or refund is given for the unused part of the previous period. Credits from a cancelled plan are forfeited at the end of the billing period. Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Free Trial
LinguaMock.ai offers a free trial period specifically so you can evaluate the Platform before being charged. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies.
