Refund Policy
All sales are final. LinguaMock does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
1. No Refund Policy
LinguaMock subscriptions, credit top-up packs, and additional seats are digital products. Access to the Platform and its content is granted immediately upon purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you retain full access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the unused portion of a cancelled subscription.
3. Credits
Credits allocated with a subscription plan carry forward on annual renewal. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, the new plan's full credit allocation is added to your existing balance. Credits from a cancelled plan are forfeited at the end of the billing period. Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Free Trial
LinguaMock offers a free trial period specifically so you can evaluate the Platform before being charged. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies.
