1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LinguaMock ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About LinguaMock
LinguaMock provides AI-powered IELTS practice tests and evaluation tools for individual learners and institutions. LinguaMock is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the British Council, IDP Education, Cambridge Assessment English, or any other organisation that administers the official IELTS examination. Practice scores generated on this platform are AI-assisted estimates and are not official IELTS results.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Each account is for a single individual unless you have purchased an Enterprise plan with rotating seats.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
- LinguaMock offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) billed annually.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
- Credits are allocated at the start of each subscription period and carry forward on renewal. Unused credits from a cancelled plan are forfeited.
- Credit top-up packs and additional seats may be purchased separately and are consumed as used.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your individual account.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content, questions, or audio from the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Misrepresent LinguaMock scores as official IELTS results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on LinguaMock — including practice questions, audio recordings, AI-generated feedback, UI design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to LinguaMock. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial practice only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the Platform.
7. AI Evaluation Disclaimer
Writing and speaking evaluations on LinguaMock are generated by AI models and are intended as practice feedback only. They are not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified human IELTS examiner. Scores may differ from those awarded in an official IELTS examination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinguaMock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated scores for immigration, academic, or employment purposes.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. All sales are generally final; limited exceptions apply within 7 days of purchase where the Platform was non-functional.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
