1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LinguaMock.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About LinguaMock.ai
LinguaMock.ai provides AI-powered language-exam practice tests and evaluation tools for individual learners and institutions. The Platform currently offers practice for IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, TEF, and TEF Canada.
LinguaMock.ai is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any organisation that administers these examinations, including the British Council, IDP Education, and Cambridge Assessment English (for IELTS), or the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris Île-de-France / Le français des affaires (for TEF and TEF Canada). All exam names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
Practice results generated on this platform are AI-assisted estimates only. They are not official results and carry no value for any official, academic, immigration, or employment purpose. IELTS practice results are expressed as band estimates; TEF results are expressed as estimated CEFR levels and TEF Canada results as estimated CLB/NCLC levels.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Each account is for a single individual unless you have purchased an Enterprise plan with rotating seats.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
- LinguaMock.ai offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) billed monthly or annually, as chosen at purchase.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
- Credits are allocated at the start of each subscription period (monthly or annual) and carry forward on renewal and plan changes. Unused credits from a cancelled plan are forfeited.
- Credit top-up packs and additional seats may be purchased separately and are consumed as used.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your individual account.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content, questions, or audio from the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Misrepresent LinguaMock.ai results as official IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, TEF, TEF Canada, or any other examination results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on LinguaMock.ai — including practice questions, audio recordings, AI-generated feedback, UI design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to LinguaMock.ai. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial practice only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the Platform.
7. AI Evaluation Disclaimer
Writing and speaking evaluations on LinguaMock.ai are generated by AI models and are intended as practice feedback only. For TEF and TEF Canada, your responses are produced and assessed in French, with written feedback provided in English. These evaluations are not a substitute for assessment by a qualified human examiner, and the levels or scores awarded may differ from those of an official IELTS, TEF, or TEF Canada examination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinguaMock.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated scores for immigration, academic, or employment purposes.
9. Refunds
All sales are final. LinguaMock.ai does not offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
